Stress is a pervasive problem among adolescents. This is a natural condition owing to the fact that the teenage brain is undergoing significant changes beginning around the onset of puberty.

In this course, you will learn more about the different types of stress that adolescents deal with on a daily basis, from stress induced by home environments, to stress caused by interactions in their personal life, to the stressors that crop up in students' learning environments and the responsibilities associated with them.
