What holds you back from teaching something as important as computer science in your classroom? Fear? Lack of time? Lack of resources?

Computer Science is quickly becoming a crucial literacy. It is embedded in every industry, from fashion, to farming, to space exploration. Students with the ability to learn on their own, problem-solve, imagine and develop creative solutions, collaborate and communicate with computers and people alike will have an undeniable advantage in our rapidly changing world. We don’t just want them playing with technology, but developing the skill of looking at the world around them and making technology to improve it.

Educators will learn basic programming and physical computing, and use a Design Thinking approach to prototype a solution to real-world problems. Educators will ideate problems and work in teams to build solutions.
